These values are also deeply rooted in Dosatron, where gender equality is a key priority.

Each year, we assess our progress using the Gender Equality Index, a crucial indicator of our commitment to fairness.

For 2024, our index stands at 72/100.

It is based on five major criteria, rated out of 100:

  • The gender pay gap
  • The gap in individual salary increases
  • The gap in promotions (for companies with more than 250 employees)
  • The number of female employees receiving a raise upon returning from maternity leave
  • Gender balance among the ten highest salaries

We remain fully committed to strengthening pay equality, fostering career development, and ensuring an inclusive work environment.
This continuous improvement approach guides our actions to provide every employee with equal opportunities for success and fulfillment.

In 2024, the GINCO program within the company helped us take another step forward in listening to our female employees.
Even though 90% of the women in the company expressed being either completely (38%) or generally (52%) satisfied with their careers at Dosatron, we remain attentive to their needs and aspirations.
